Definitions of terms

• Excellent Recruit: Excellent Recruit GmbH, Luitpoldweg 2, 82031 Grünwald.
• Excellent Recruiting Platform/Services: Websites and apps under “match-crowd.com” and “match-crowd.de”, operated by Excellent Recruit.
• user: Natural persons who have registered on the Excellent Recruit platform.
• Crowd: The entirety of all registered users on the Excellent Recruit platform.
• customers: Employers who have published job advertisements on the platform.
• Job Match: The allocation of users to job offers based on users' abilities and preferences.
• Search Missions: Search requests for job matches that can be created by users and customers.
• CV (Curriculum Vitae): The user's resume, which can be created and saved on the platform.
• basic data: Personal information such as name, contact details, date of birth and professional qualifications.

1. Subject matter of the contract

1.1 Acceptance of the terms

By using Excellent Recruit Services, you accept these Terms of Use as a legally binding contract between you and Excellent Recruit. Failure to consent means that the Excellent Recruit services may not be used.

1.2 Minimum age

Users must be at least 15 years of age to use Excellent Recruit services.

Excellent Recruit reserves the right to update the terms of use at any time. Users are notified of changes and asked to accept them.

2. Excellent recruitment services

The Excellent Recruiting algorithm regularly identifies suitable job matches for active search missions.

7. Availability of services

7.1 Modification of services

Excellent Recruit reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel services.

8. Liability

8.1 Liability limitation

Excellent Recruit is only liable in case of intent and gross negligence in accordance with legal provisions.

9. Duration, termination and consequences of termination

9.1 Indefinite duration

These terms of use are valid indefinitely and can be terminated at any time.
